I Dreamed of a Infant Male child, Much to My Surprise! It Was a Good Thing I Did, Too!

Rhonda'southward Story

Rhonda (in Ohio, USA) was hoping for a baby girl. She'd browse through all the girl baby apparel at the store, and she favored the more feminine-looking infant quilt sets. Withal one nighttime she had a dream about her baby. In the dream, she saw her babe shortly after information technology was built-in. A nurse was changing the baby's diaper, and—to Rhonda's surprise—the babe was a boy.

Rhonda writes:

I didn't know what to think! I was and so surprised! Could a dream about my infant's gender be authentic, I wondered?! My husband and I had decided against having an ultrasound unless it became medically necessary, so we knew nosotros'd accept to expect until my baby was built-in to notice out. In the meantime, I began browsing through the babe boys' clothes, too!

I am proud to denote I at present have a delightful babe boy, and I beloved him oh so much! I'm thrilled! I'm thankful for the dream, as well, as it helped me be better prepared for either gender!

Dreams and Intuition About the Gender of Her Babies

Catherine'south Story

Catherine (in S Carolina, USA) knew the gender of all three of her children prior to her ultrasounds.

Catherine writes:

With my get-go son, I dreamed that he was a male child and just never even entertained any other thoughts almost his sex. I was sure he was a boy! When I gave nascence to him, I remember hearing, "It'due south a boy!" merely I was then tired and worn out from his 24-hr labor, I wasn't sure at the time if I was dreaming!

With my second kid, my husband and I were hoping and trying for a girl. When I got pregnant, I felt so sure the baby was a girl that I purchased a couple of little pinkish outfits and wrapped them up as a present. I and so gave the present to my married man on Father's Day, and that's how I told him I was significant!

I as well remember dreaming of holding a baby upwardly in my arms. I couldn't see the babe's face, but information technology was wearing one of the pink outfits that I had purchased. Later on in the pregnancy, I had an ultrasound done, and I wasn't at all surprised to hear that my baby would be a daughter!

My youngest was a complete and total stupor! We were not expecting him at all! When my girl was near three years quondam, she walked up to me one mean solar day and said, "Mom, y'all're going to have a infant boy. I'm going to have a baby blood brother!" Later that aforementioned solar day, I decided to take a pregnancy test done and discovered that I was indeed pregnant! Eight months later, I gave birth to a son, simply as my daughter had predicted!

With him, as with all three, I felt sure near his sex and would have been shocked if he was a daughter. It is difficult to explain; I judge information technology is intuition, simply I just knew.

Some women experience strong feelings of intuition about their babies before they're born.

Some women feel stiff feelings of intuition well-nigh their babies before they're built-in.

From Anonymous:

Earlier I met my fellow, I had a dream telling me to name my son Israel, which was weird because I hadn't met this homo however. Sure enough, a year afterwards I was pregnant . My mom called me and said she saw a infant boy in a vision, and Iater on I establish out I was truly having a boy!

Simply two months before I got pregnant, I dreamed of a niggling girl wrapped in a pink blanket, and I called her Elizabeth. I didn't understand why I had a baby or why I knew her name, but now I am pregnant and can't await to find out what I'1000 having.

From Bearding:

When I was pregnant with my commencement kid, I wanted a boy, and before I had an ultrasound, I was sure I was going to. I even bought male child apparel. One nighttime, I had a dream that I was changing my baby's diaper, and there was no doubt at that place were girl parts! Then, when the solar day of the ultrasound came, I saw that I really was having a girl.

I too want to have a male child with this pregnancy, but I did have a few extremely detailed dreams nigh having a girl. I guess I will see in a couple months! Either way, I don't listen, simply I do believe our dreams play a role in the futurity—who hasn't had deja vu earlier?

Yes, I've had dreams of my firstborn who turned out to be a beautiful baby girl. I had many dreams of her; in fact, I knew she would exist the spitting epitome of me as a baby. She is nonetheless the spitting paradigm of me at 2 years of age!

From Deidra:

I had a dream as well. I'm fairly immature; I was pregnant with my daughter at the historic period of xviii. I found out I was pregnant at months, and shortly afterwards I had a dream that my mother (who is deceased and was deceased at the time) was showing me how to push button.

A couple of weeks or days afterward, I had a dream that I was holding a girl with pecan skin, big eyes, and long eyelashes, so when people asked me earlier I knew the sexual practice, I would say it's a girl. I went to the physician, and that's exactly what he said.

A couple of weeks afterward, I had a dream that my daughter was 12—she still had big eyes, still pecan chocolate-brown—and I was calling her Sahara. I do feel as though I have a soul connection with my girl, or maybe the spirits were telling me everything just to requite me a futurity heads-up.

From Anonymous:

I'thousand a little wishy-washy on this. I picture a little male child, but I've had ii dreams of a infant daughter. In the first, I dreamed of a toddler running upwardly to her daddy (my fellow). She was the near gorgeous girl I'd ever seen—so chubby, and she had dark brownish hair like her dad, along with his eyes and my tan pare, and a cute picayune pinkish and orangish summer dress.

The 2nd one was basically a postapocalyptic America; my dad and boyfriend had gone into town to get supplies because I was close to my due date. Well, I ended up going into labor in my living room, and my mom and sister helped me deliver. When I held the baby, well, you know how babies don't take very animated faces ordinarily? Yeah, this fiddling girl was smiling at me and grabbing for my face, looking at me similar she knew who I was. And then my boyfriend came back, and it was the same thing.

I want a male child, but from those dreams, I take a gut feeling information technology'll be a daughter.

I was dreaming about my baby girl when my married woman was significant. Now we have a 4-year-old beauty.

Have you ever just "known" that you were going to have a girl or a boy?

Have you ever just "known" that yous were going to have a girl or a male child?

From Anonymous:

When I was pregnant with my get-go, my husband and I did not want to observe out the gender, so we waited until birth. Around twenty weeks, I had a dream nearly picking up the babe's birth document, and information technology stated that he was a boy and showed the proper noun of the doc who would deliver him (in my doctor'south office, there are 5 potential doctors who could deliver your baby).

When I showed upward at the hospital and was ready to button, the doctor who I had a dream about showed up, and 2 hours later on our son was born! So the dream was 100% authentic for me. Now I am nineteen weeks meaning with my second 1, and nosotros don't plan on finding out again, only last night had a dream it was a baby boy once again. Let's see if this one is correct again!

From Stephanie:

With my 2d baby, I had a dream that was so existent to me—when I woke up, I wasn't sure if it had really happened. I was due soon and had a dream that I was going to accept a baby girl, and she was built-in early. I was pregnant with a babe male child, and I had him early. My labor was so much like the dream.

This time, I go on having dreams about a babe boy, and the sono says boy, simply I just can't assist just feel like it's incorrect. I feel like it's a girl. My 3-year-onetime keeps telling me its a daughter; even though I tell him it'south a boy, he says, "No, mommy, hers a girl." What do yous think? Could the sono exist wrong and information technology be a girl?

I am pregnant for the second time. The first time, I dreamt it was a boy, and indeed it was. At present I'yard 20 weeks significant, and once more I had a dream that it is a boy—and the doctor simply confirmed, yes, it's a male child. My dreams don't lie.

— Me me

From Nicole:

For my first, I wanted a male child, but I didn't take feelings either way and was happy with whichever. Once we got the ultrasound, the doctor asked my husband what he thought; he, of class, said boy, and I knew it wasn't at that moment. A minute later, the doc said it'll exist a girl.

But nearly a year before I was pregnant with my second babe, I had a brilliant dream of a blonde baby boy sitting up in a cherry-red onesie—just popping in to say hullo and let me know he'south coming. So, I just knew from that night on that I would have a boy. I had no doubt even when people asked me. Sure plenty, at my ultrasound they told me it was a boy, and at my infant shower I received a red onesie. My son looked just like the infant in my dream, though I couldn't run across his face too clearly, and he has the personality to match the dream, too.

I had a part dream/idea/feeling concluding week in the morning time that I was pregnant so flashed a thought/feeling that I'll be having twins. My first reaction in my sleep was surprise, then excitement, and so a little nervousness near giving birth to two around the same fourth dimension. I have all the symptoms of pregnancy, only and then far the test is negative. Just I haven't shaken that feeling yet, then I guess time will tell if it was intuition or just a wishful dream.

For both my kids, I knew instantly that I would excogitate that nighttime, and I was right both times. But since I am perimenopause, I have a minor chance of becoming pregnant merely a greater one that it'll be twins. We shall come across.

Many women find that their dreams about the baby's sex are not always accurate, even vivid ones.

"Permit us rise up and exist thankful, for if we didn't learn a lot today, at least we learned a picayune, and if we didn't learn a little, at least we didn't get sick, and if we got sick, at least nosotros didn't die; so, let us all be thankful."
